eBay: Feedback question & thanks. <3

Hey there! I've really just started using eBay and I'm not sure about leaving feedback. When should I leave feedback to a buyer? (Yes, I Googled.) I've had no problems so far, but should I leave feedback right after the person sends me payment? I'm just afraid that after I leave a person feedback they will start complaining for something I didn't do, and then I can't tell everyone that this person is not good to deal with. I don't believe that anyone that has bid on my ACEOs would do that, but I do know there are people like that out there and I just want to be safe about it.

I don't know if it's okay or polite to leave it after the person leaves me feedback, which is what I originally intended. I just don't want it to seem like I'm leaving feedback to pay them back for the feedback they left me (assuming I receive positive feedback, of course, since so far I have no negative feedback for anyone).
